通过对天津西于庄地区城市规划设计实践的梳理，剖析棚户区改造过程中不同阶段的多元利益主体及其不同诉求，并通过绿轴变迁、地铁站点选择、文保单位地块的变迁三个事件的分析，揭示利益冲突和规划设计之间的关系，并给出了若干规划执行上的有效建议。 - 关键词：
天津西于庄；利益主体；利益冲突； - Abstract: Based on the practice of urban design in Xiyuzhuang area in Tianjin, this paper analyzes the different types of stakeholders and their interests during the process of renovation, indicating that the interest gaming will have significant effects on urban design. Through the analyses on the events of “the changes of green axis”, “the selection of metro station” and “the protection of historical monument”, this study explores the relationship between the urban design and the interest conflicts of stakeholders, based on which suggestions are made in terms of planning implementation.
