轨道交通站点对周边的城市商业起到了带动作用，而商业空间活力是多种因素综合影响的。本文通过软件分析和调研的方法，从空间和社会学两个层面，探析轨道交通站点协同开发模式下地下商业空间活力的影响因素。 - 关键词：
轨道交通；协同开发；地下商业空间；空间句法 - Abstract: Rail transit stations play a leading role in the surrounding local commerce, and the vitality of commercial space is influenced by a variety of factors. This paper, by using the method of software analysis and research from two aspects: space and sociology, analyzes the influencing factors of vitality of underground commercial space in rail transit station coordinated development mode.
