旅游业扩张对旅游城市经济的影响不仅是辐射效应和集聚效应，“去工业化”及其他负面作用同样会带来极大冲击。本文借鉴小型开放经济模型，从其适用性入手，采用一般均衡分析方法，通过研究旅游城市制造业、产品价格、收入分配和劳动力迁移等变化，探讨旅游业扩张带来的旅游城市收入效应和资源转移效应两方面的影响路径，研究发现净福利效应取决于旅游业相比于农业部门劳动密集度的大小, 应注意防范旅游“荷兰病”的发生。 - 关键词：
城市经济；旅游业；荷兰病；均衡分析； - Abstract: The impact of tourism expansion to the city's economic is not only radiation effects and agglomeration effect. De-industrialization and other negative effects will also bring great impact. Learning small open economy model and using general equilibrium analysis, this paper studies the changes of the tourist city about manufacturing, product prices, income distribution and labor migration, and analyzes tourism resources transfer effect and the income effect of expansion on economic growth. It finds that the net welfare effect depends on the comparison of the labor-intensive of tourism sector to the agriculture’s, and guards against tourism "Dutch disease" phenomenon.
