南京城市地下空间的开发始于民国时期建筑地下室，开发利用可以划分为萌芽阶段、初始化阶 段、规模化阶段和网络化综合利用四个阶段。本文从规模、功能、空间分布和竖向分布来描述 南京的城市地下空间总体态势。通过对新街口 CBD、夫子庙地区、南京南站地区和河西 CBD 地 区的对比研究，揭示了南京地下空间开发的区域差异，并对中心城区和新开发区域的地下空间 提出开发建议。 - 关键词：
城市地下空间；开发利用；历史演变；区域差异； - Abstract: Nanjing urban underground space development began in the era of Republic of China, and development and utilization can be divided into the embryonic stage, the initial stage, the large-scale stage and network comprehensive utilization stage. The paper described the general situation of Nanjing's urban underground space from the scale, function, spatial distribution and vertical distribution. Through the comparative study of Xinjiekou CBD, Confucius Temple area, Nanjing South Railway Station area and Hexi CBD area, this paper reveals the regional differences of underground space development in Nanjing and proposes some suggestions for the development of the underground space in central urban area and new development area.
