援引创意修复和列斐伏尔的空间生产理论，以宁波创意 1956 产业园为例，构建了创意修复导 向的老工业区空间生产解释框架。研究发现:(1)园区具有生态化、人本化和多元化的景观特征， 入园企业的私营化、生产要素的隐性化和生产关系的多元网络化的业态特征及年轻化、创意化 和情怀化的群体特征 ;(2)园区的空间实践由权力 / 资本主导，空间表征集中于规划空间以及 创意阶层实践的文化景观和生产关系网络，而表征性空间贯穿于整个创意行为，并在文化、理 想和情感等多重体验的基础上形成文化共识和身份认同，且三元空间辩证关系使老工业区在创 意空间生产过程中具备稳定的意蕴。 - 关键词：
老工业区；创意时空修复；三元空间；文化创意产业集群；创意1956产业园； - Abstract: Taking the most typical LOFT park-creative 1956 industrial park in Ningbo as an example, the paper introduces the production of space in Lefebvre and the theory of creative fix, and analyzes the spatial production process of the old industrial districts, which is guided by creative repair. The study suggests that: (1) Creative 1956 industrial park has the characteristics of ecology, humanization, inclusiveness and diversification of spatial landscape, and the non-nationalization of the enterprise, the recession of the production factors and the multi-dimensional network of the production relations and the younger, creative and emotional group characteristics; (2) The spatial practice of old industrial districts based on creative fix is dominated by power / capital. Representation of spatial focuses on the planning space and creative practice space and production of cyberspace, and the characterization space runs through the whole creative behavior and forms cultural consensus and identity on the basis of culture, ideals and emotional experience. And the ternary space dialectical relationship makes the old industrial districts based on creative fix has a stable "place" meaning in the process of the production of space.
