采用问卷调查和深度访谈的方法，以长春市南溪湿地公园周边社区为研究对象，探讨了在绿色消费观的影响下，生态环境的改造如何引起绅士化的现象，对生态绅士化的表现特征、形成机制及其人口、社会空间效应进行了深入的研究。结果表明：①在去工业化及绿色消费观的提倡等背景下，政府通过打造优越的生态环境和完善基础设施，吸引开发商投资建设高端房地产，二者合力下催生出生态绅士化现象；②生态绅士化是一种有效的城市开发策略，南溪湿地公园的建设使周边的社区更具高端生态社区特质，从而吸引绅士阶层的迁入，引起了社区周边物质景观和人口、社会经济的升级与重构；③生态绅士化不可避免地使得低收入阶层被置换和边缘化，造成了居住空间的隔离和人口、社会空间的重构，甚至在一定程度上加重两极分化和贫富差距，但是有利于城市的规划和健康发展。生态绅士化的研究对于城市规划及其生态城市的构建、合理引导城市空间布局和功能定位具有重要作用；对于如何减轻生态绅士化的消极效应对社会空间分异、维护社会公平等方面都具有重要意义。 - 关键词：
生态绅士化；物质景观；社会-经济空间重构；长春南溪湿地公园； - Abstract: The article adopts the method of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, taking the communities around Nanxi Wetland Park in Changchun city as the research object. It discusses how the transformation of the ecological environment caused the gentrification under the influence of the concept of green consumption, and makes an in-depth study on the performance characteristics, formation mechanism, population and social space effect of ecological gentrification. The results show that: First, with the background of de-industrialisation and the promotion of the green consumption concept, the government attracts investors to build high-end real estate by creating superior ecological environment and improving the infrastructure, resulting in the ecological gentrification phenomenon came into being. Second, ecological gentrification is an effective urban development strategy. The construction of Nanxi Wetland Park has made the surrounding communities more eco-friendly, thus attracting the immigrantion of gentleman class and causing the upgrade and reconstruction of material landscape, population and social economy around the communities. Third, ecological gentrification inevitably displaced and marginalized the low-income groups, resulting in the isolation of living space and the reconstruction of population and social space, to a certain extent, even aggravating the polarization and the gap between the rich and poor, but it is good for the city's planning and healthy development. Research on ecological gentrification plays an important role in the city planning and the construction of its eco-city, and in rationally guiding the spatial layout and functional orientation of the city. It has important significance for how to reduce the negative effects of ecological gentrification on social spatial differentiation, safeguard social fairness and other aspects.
