社会学视角为研究居民自行车使用行为提供了新思路,文章尝试将社会学中的生命历程理论融入到自行车行为选择中。利用昆明市2011年居民出行行为调查数据,综合考虑家庭生命周期、生活事件、生活方式及个体社会经济属性,构建了居民自行车选择机理的结构方程模型。结果表明:居民自行车出行目的、出行次数、出行距离呈现出较为明显的生命历程特征;其中,单身期时,个体使用自行车非通勤频率较高;家庭生命周期进入新婚阶段后成员的增加以及对子女教育的重视,自行车使用明显减少,甚至会放弃使用;步入老年期后自行车使用呈上升趋势。生活事件的发生对个体自行车使用行为有显著负效应,迁居和购买小汽车事件可能会触发个体直接放弃使用自行车;此外,高收入群体对自行车使用产生抑制作用,租房比自有住房群体更多使用自行车通勤和非通勤。这些结论丰富了自行车使用行为研究的维度,为实施绿色交通政策具有更加全面和深入的理论意义。 - 关键词:
生命历程;自行车使用轨迹;家庭生命周期;生活事件;结构方程模型;昆明 - Abstract: This paper attempts to integrate the theory of life course into cycling behavior based on the sociological perspective. A travel-based survey was conducted in 2011, and a structural equation model was developed to analyze the mechanism of cycling behavior based on the survey date. The estimated model takes family life-cycle, life event, life style and individual socio-demographics into account. Results show that obvious characteristics of life course existed in the purpose, frequency and distance of bicycle travel. Individuals use bicycle to participate in non-work activities when single. After entering the marriage period, increasing family¡¯s members and attaching importance to children¡¯s education, residents decrease cycling, even directly stop cycling. In the old age, individuals start cycling for body building. The occurrence of life events has a significant negative effect on cycling behavior, the move and buying a car may trigger residents to give up cycling. In addition, high-income groups have a negative effect on bicycle use. Rental group use bicycles to participate in commuting and non-work activities more than other homeowners. These findings enrich the dimensions of research on cycling behavior, and also contribute to the implementation of green transport policy.
