为应对在经济全球化和国内体制改革大环境下加剧的城市间竞争，企业化管治模式正越来越多地被地方政府采用。城市夜景对于拉动城市消费增长、树立和宣传城市形象有着极为明显的效果，已成为地方政府争相开发的“新蓝海”，而逐利驱使下的夜景照明呈现出明显的企业化特征。首先关注地方政府角色、行为模式的转变，阐述中国式的政府企业化现象，再探讨夜间经济与城市夜景间的关系，以夜景照明的同质化现象、媒体立面、户外广告牌、装饰性照明和彩色光、动态光的过度使用等为例概述城市夜景的企业化表现，最后总结分析夜景照明企业化带来的问题并给出相应的建议。 - 关键词：
政府企业化；夜间经济；城市夜景；照明设计；现象研究； - Abstract: To deal with the competition among cities under the background of globalization and structural reform, more local governments choose corporateization management method. Because of the obvious function on economy growth and city image advertisement, nightscape lighting becomes a hot developing field to city government, and it shows the features of corporateization. This article first focuses on the changes in the role and behavior of local governments, expounds the Chinese-style government “enterprise” phenomenon, and then discusses the relationship between the night economy and the night scene of the city, using the homogenization of night scene lighting, media facades, and outdoor billboards, decorative lighting and excessive use of colored light, dynamic light, etc. as examples to summarize the corporate performance of urban night scenes, and finally summarize and analyze the problems caused by night scene lighting corporateization and give corresponding suggestions.
