从1949 年起，北京进入到快速工业化阶段，自此至1979 年，是其工业空间形成的重要时期。文章通过梳理相关文献，对比同时期的规划、政策文件以及城市建设资料，归纳了这一时期北京的工业布局演变过程。通过研究发现，计划经济时代，北京的工业化有很强的行政干预特点，受历版总体规划影响的痕迹非常明显，且工业化与城市化的关系与西方有显著不同。工业化初期，北京工业格局主要呈现出郊区化特征，工业郊区化与居住郊区化同步展开。从1958 年开始，政府有计划地引导工业向城市周边城镇转移，但成效甚微，中心城工业与居住混杂造成的城市问题日益突出。 - 关键词：
北京；工业；空间布局；城市总体规划； - Abstract: This paper summarizes the evolution of industrial space distribution in Beijing from 1949 to 1979 by combing the relevant literature and comparing the planning, policy materials and urban construction documents of the same period. Through the research, it was found that in the era of planned economy, the industrialization of Beijing has strong administrative intervention characteristics, and the traces affected by the overall master planning are very obvious, and the relationship between industrialization and urbanization is significantly different from that in the West. In the early stage of industrialization, the industrial distribution of Beijing mainly showed the characteristics of suburbanization, and the industrial suburbanization and residential suburbanization began simultaneously. From 1958, the government guided the industries to transfer to towns around the city systematically, but the effect was not satisfactory. The phenomenon that industry and residence mixed in the central city became increasingly prominent, and many urban problems were formed.
