全域土地综合整治是 2018 年从实践领域诞生的新概念、新做法。至今学术界较少从理论层面对其进行解释，其实践路径也不完善。文章在深刻理解乡村国土空间脆弱性基础上提出，如何构建韧性国土空间是全域土地综合整治首先要解决的关键问题。以此为突破点，构建了涵盖国土空间韧性原理、转型原理、多功能原理和共生原理的全域土地综合整治理论框架。以此为指导，尝试遵循“生态安全战略格局—整治修复工程示范—供给侧优化保障”思路，构建韧性国土空间导向的全域土地综合整治实践路径。 - 关键词：
脆弱性；韧性；国土空间；全域土地综合整治；生态修复； - Abstract: As a novel concept and countermeasure that originated from practical field in 2018, comprehensive land consolidation to date lacks theoretical explanation. Moreover, research on its practical route is very limited. Based on the in-depth understanding of the vulnerability of rural territorial space, we firstly put forward that establishment of resilient territorial space is the key issue to be solved in comprehensive land consolidation. Taking this viewpoint as the breakthrough point, a theoretical framework covering the principles of spatial resilience, territorial transition, multifunctional territory, and territorial symbiosis has been established. Under the guidance of these principles, route of comprehensive land consolidation towards resilient territorial space was designed. For this route, focus should be given to strategic pattern of ecological security, engineering demonstration of territorial rehabilitation and restoration, as well as optimization of the supply front of comprehensive land consolidation.
