结合我国经济发展的宏观背景，对建国以来沈阳市创新型产业空间演化过程进行分析，揭示沈阳市创新型产业空间演化重构过程、空间现状格局及空间演化机制。研究发现，沈阳市创新型产业空间格局演进趋势从向城郊扩散转为向主城集聚，且不同类型的创新型产业空间分布各异 ；创新型产业空间演化的机制包含四大方面：时代变革促进产业结构重组，政策制度变迁引起地理空间重构，资本逐利影响企业行为选择，智力密集资源促进产业空间集聚。最后提出沈阳市创新型产业空间发展的引导策略 ：产业发展上培育顺应时代的新兴产业 ；在空间布局上，依托智力资源布局相关产业，建设多种形式的创新空间，同时优化整体的空间组织模式与空间布局，形成“城区 / 开发区—科技园/ 创新型街区—创新单元”3 种层次的创新型产业空间载体。 - 关键词：
创新型产业；空间格局；演化特征；布局引导；沈阳市； - Abstract: Combined with the macro background of China's economic development, this paper analyzes the spatial evolution process of Shenyang's innovative industry since the founding of the People's Republic of China, and reveals the spatial evolution and reconstruction process, spatial status pattern and spatial evolution mechanism of Shenyang's innovative industries. The study finds that the evolution of the spatial pattern of innovative industries in Shenyang has spread from suburban to the main city, and different types of innovative industries have different spatial distributions; the mechanism of innovative industrial spatial evolution includes four aspects: the era of change and the promotion of industry Structural restructuring, changes in policy systems that have led to the reconstruction of geospatial space, capital profit-seeking that affects corporate behavior choices, and intellectual-intensive resources that promote industrial space agglomeration. Finally, it proposes the guiding strategy of Shenyang's innovative industrial space development: fostering emerging industries that conform to the times in industrial development; relying on intellectual resources to lay out relevant industries in the spatial layout, building various forms of innovation space, and optimizing the overall spatial organization model. With the spatial layout, the three types of innovative industrial space carriers of “urban/development zone-tech park/innovative block-innovation unit” are formed.
