社区堆肥是城市垃圾减量与资源化的有效途径，亦是城市与社区可持续发展的重要基石。近年来，分散式社区堆肥实践在国外方兴未艾，其中的理念、模式与方法亟待总结。文章探究了美国社区堆肥的目标、特点和类型，进一步选取其典型案例，分析各案例社区堆肥项目的实践模式，并总结美国社区堆肥实践的要点。最后，阐述对中国的启示，以期为我国社区生活垃圾治理提供政策参考。 - 关键词：
城市环境管治；社区堆肥；可持续发展；循环经济； - Abstract: Community composting is not only an effective way to reduce and recycle urban waste, but also an important cornerstone for sustainable development of cities and communities. In recent years, the practice of decentralized community composting is in the ascendant in foreign countries. The theories, methods and patterns of community composting need to be summarized. This paper explores the objectives, characteristics and types of community composting in the United States, and analyzes the practical mode of different successful community composting project, then summarizes the key points of community composting practice in the United States. The purpose of this paper is to reflect the implications of this model to community composting in China, and to provide policy reference for community waste disposal in China.
