20 世纪70 年代以来，西方国家普遍出现了从生产主义到后生产主义的乡村转型，伴随这
一过程的是乡村地区的去农业化、去社区化、空间商品化等现象。区别于传统的农业专
业化、乡村工业化等模式，近年来以一二三产融合发展、农旅融合发展、电子商务产业
发展等为特色的乡村转型模式不断涌现，这些现象对传统乡村地区带来怎样的冲击？文章
以位于上海大都市圈腹地的乡村——浙江省长兴县“上海村”（顾渚村）为例，研究农家
休闲养老驱动乡村转型的特征，对去农业化、去社区化、空间商品化等现象的理论进行
实证检验和理论探讨，为广大乡村地区转型中的政策干预提供经验借鉴。 - 关键词：
乡村转型；农家休闲养老；去农业化；去社区化；空间商品化； - Abstract: Since the 1970s, Western countries have generally undergone a rural transition from productivism to post-productivism, accompanied by phenomena such as de-agriculturalization, de-communalization, and commodification of rural spaces. Distinct from traditional models such as agricultural specialization and rural industrialization, in recent years, emerging rural transition models featuring integrated development of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, combined development of agriculture and tourism, and the growth of the e-commerce industry have come into view. What kind of impact do they bring to traditional rural areas? This article takes “Shanghai village” (Guzhu village) in Changxing county, Zhejiang province, located in the hinterland of the Shanghai metropolitan area, as an example, studying the characteristics of rural transformation driven by farmhouse leisure and elderly care. It empirically tests and theoretically explores phenomena such as de-agriculturalization, de-communalization, and spatial commodification, providing policy intervention references for the transformation of a wide range of rural areas.
