党的二十届三中全会再次强调了推进中国式现代化的重要性和必要性，为进一步推进乡村 全面振兴指明了方向。江苏作为鱼米之乡、农业大省，在新征程上推进江苏乡村全面振兴 的新实践中，应做到“走在前、做示范”。文章立足于江苏省特色田园乡村建设项目的创新 实践，结合中国式现代化和乡村振兴先进理论成果，在中国式现代化下江苏乡村建设新要 求的基础上，提出江苏省特色田园乡村的多元功能与价值的理论框架。文章以南京市桦墅 村周冲组为案例，从经济、生态、社会、文化、治理5个层面说明江苏省特色田园乡村的 多元功能与价值，为我国乡村全面振兴提供科学的理论指导和有效的实践参考。 - 关键词：
中国式现代化；江苏省特色田园乡村建设；多元功能与价值；理论框架；乡村全面振兴； - Abstract: The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee once again emphasized the importance and necessity of promoting Chinese modernization, and pointed out the direction for further promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. Jiangsu, as the hometown of fish and rice and a large agricultural province, should “take the lead and demonstrate” in the new practice of promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in Jiangsu on the new journey. Based on the innovative practice of the construction project of characteristic rural villages in Jiangsu province, combined with the advanced theoretical results of Chinese modernization and rural revitalization, and on the basis of the new requirements of rural construction in Jiangsu province under the Chinese modernization, this paper puts forward the theoretical framework of multiple functions and values of characteristic rural villages in Jiangsu province. Taking Zhouchong group of Huashu village in Nanjing city as an example, this paper demonstrates the multiple functions and values of characteristic idleness villages in Jiangsu province from five aspects of economy, ecology, society, culture and governance, and provides scientific theoretical guidance and effective practical reference for rural revitalization in our country.
