随着城市的快速发展和大规模扩张，城市更新工作也相应进行转型。小尺度、精细化的微更新模式成为当前存量时代建筑改造、环境优化、设施完善、品质提升的重要方式。回顾城市微更新发展历程，总结各阶段的问题和经验，有助于把握微更新的内涵与外延。文章根据我国政策法规和城市发展进程，将 2012—2022 年的城市微更新发展划分为萌芽伊始、深化探索、多元发展 3 个阶段，并对各个阶段的现实背景、学术研究及实践活动进行分析，归纳总结各发展阶段的基本特征。最后基于城市微更新的发展轨迹，提出多样化、人本化、规范化及创新化的发展新趋势，为我国城市微更新的发展提供参考。 - 关键词：
城市微更新；公众参与；以人为本；发展趋势； - Abstract: With the rapid development and large-scale expansion of the city, the urban renewal work has been transformed accordingly. Small-scale and refined micro-renewal mode has become an important way of building renovation, environmental optimization, facility improvement and quality improvement in the current stock era. Reviewing the development of urban micro-renewal in the past ten years and summarizing the problems and experiences in each stage is helpful to grasp the connotation and extension of micro-renewal. According to China’s policies, regulations and urban development process, urban micro-renewal is divided into three stages: budding stage, deepening exploration stage and diversified development stage. The practical background, academic research and practical activities of each stage are analyzed, and the basic characteristics of each development stage are summarized. Lastly, based on the development trajectory of urban micro-renewal, the article proposes new trends in diversification, humanization, standardization, and innovation, providing references for the development of urban micro-renewal in China.
