在生态文明时代，城市的发展应该摆脱工业文明时代的负面影响，走可持续发展的道路。顺应生态文明时代的到来，应当积极将文明生态城市的理念引入到城市建设中来。文明生态城市理论能够为人们找寻城市问题症结提供有效的分析手段，并提供了系统的解决城市复杂问题的有效对策。文明生态城市必将成为21世纪现代城市发展的主要方向和追求的目标。本文首先简要介绍了文明生态城市的概念、内涵及特点，并以南京为例，提出了其具体的建设文明生态城市的对策与措施。 - 关键词：
生态文明；文明生态城市；城市化；目标； - Abstract: In ecological civilization era, the development of city will cast off those reversed influences of industrial civilization era and will be in a way of sustainable development. Acclimating the advent of ecological civilization era, we should introduce the idea of civilized and ecological city to city construction. The theory of civilized and ecological city could offer analytical means of resolving urban problems for people and provide some effective countermeasures.Civilized and ecological city must be the main direction and object of modern city development in 21 century. Above all the author recommends the concept, connotation and characteristics abirefly.Then taking Nanjing as an example, the author brings forward some idiographic countermeasures of constructing civilized and ecological city.
