随着人类对资源的不断利用，资源型城市大都面临着转型问题，如何实现资源型城市的可持续发展是目前所关注的问题。本文利用生态足迹方法计算了资源型城市伊春市2003年的生态足迹，虽然此地区尚未出现生态赤字，但对它的转型却迫在眉睫。进而，提出了伊春市应向循环经济型生态城市转型的办法，并提出了途径和方法。 - 关键词：
资源型城市；可持续发展；生态足迹；循环经济；生态城市；伊春； - Abstract: With the exploiting of resource, most of the resource-based cities have faced the problems of changing their constructions. How to achieve the sustainable development is a concerning problem. With the help of method of ecological footprint We calculate Yichun city’s ecological footprint. The result shows that although there isn?ˉt eco-deficit, but the changing of construction is very nervous. Therefore, we suggest that Yichun should change into the ecocity, and we give some methods in this paper.
