作为大众公用产品——南京长江二桥，在如
何不影响其城市通行的条件下，又能为新一
轮的城市建设走出融资新途径，是年轻的南
京市交通集团为寻求自身发展，必须解决的
课题。南京市重大基础设施项目的资本运作
也因二桥的辉煌历史引起世人关注，本文作
者旨在通过分析二桥运作的相关难题，阐述
重大基础设施项目融资新途径。 - 关键词：

Yangtze River Bridge will be a new source of
financing for local construction in spit of any
negative influences on its public transport.
Undoubtedly, it is the key point to the further
development of a growing group - Nanjing
Communications Construction & Investment
Holdings(Group)Co.,Ltd. The splendent history
of Nanjing No.2 Yangtze River Bridge makes
the capital-operation of important infrastructure
projects in this city attractive. This paper
aims to analyze the related skills which originated
from No.2 Yangtze River Bridge project
process, and illustrate the new financing patterns
in important infrastructure projects.
