科学精神与人文精神同根、同源，却在城市
发展的过程中疏离。文章通过对概念的辨析，
以及其对城市发展的影响，探求科学精神和
人文精神的融通、互动在树立城市正确发展
观中的重要性。 - 关键词：
科学精神；人文精神；城市；发展；发展观； - Abstract: The article introduces the environmental
ethics summarily and points out the necessity
of taking urban development under its
guidance in China. Based on the above, it puts
forward some ethical points of view which
should be established during rapidly urbanization
in China, mainly including: establishing the
holism of cities and nature; strengthening the
ethical restriction in the fields of urban producing
and living; insisting on equity and justice of
society; improving the consciousness of environmental
ethics in urban planning; bringing environmental
ethics’behavioral principle into
solving urban ecological problem; establishing
the urban environmental ethics; and so on.
