本文在对旅游景点生命力决定因素进行分析的基础上，对实现旅游景点持久生命力的驱动力进行探索，以期为实现旅游景点的持久生命力寻找行为突破口。 - 关键词：
旅游景点；市场；旅游资源；生命力； - Abstract: The issues, whether on the property right of tourist sites or on the development and management of tourist sites, were just for the tourist sites sustainable development which means making the vitality of tourist sites sustainable. Based on the analysis of the key determinants of the vitality of the different tourist sites with particular characteristics, this paper explores the drives of the achievement of the tourist sites?sustainable vitality with the aim to find the breakthrough point for the practice.
