庐山牯岭的近代别墅建筑是我国少见的高山建筑群体景观。文章分析了近代建筑的形成原因、影响因素以及建筑规划特征，借以抛砖引玉，为进一步规划、保护和开发这种特殊的资源，实现资源的可持续利用奠定基础。 - 关键词：
近代建筑；成因；建筑规划特征； - Abstract: The modern villa architecture in Mountain Lushan is the rare group landscape of alp in China. The paper analyzes the causes of formation, affecting factors, architectural and planning features. As a result, the author hopes to make the analyses helpful for the further protection, utilization and sustainable development of Mountain Lushan.
