- 摘要：
市长权力放大问题已成为城市治理中的一大顽症，并由此造成危害城市规划和损害市民长期利益的后果。在城市化进程中，要从理论和实践上加强市长权力放大问题的研究，使市长权力的运行回到正确的轨道上来。为此，要从原则上规定市民监督市长权力的功能，充分扩张市民治理城市的权力。 - 关键词：
市长权力放大；市长权力放大问题；思考；对策 - Abstract: The problems caused by enlarged mayor’s power now is blocking the way of city’s management and organization. It’s also threaten the long-term civil benefit. In the process of urbanization, we should solve this problem in both theory and practice and make sure that the mayor’s power should be back on the right track. To do that, we should grant people the right to supervise the mayor’s power. On the other hand, we could enlarge the right of people in the aspect of city management.
