作为德国重要的工业城市，斯图加特在城市
建设中开展的生态运动及其所取得的成效，
具有典型的示范意义。本文介绍了该市在城
市交通、绿化、用水管理、能源管理、环境
管理、城市建筑、小区建设和城市社会管理
等方面所取的进展。最后概括出几点体会，
即：在城市建设中需要一个合适的城市发展
模式，生态学原则贯彻始终，城市建设需要
全民参与以及全民生态意识的普及与提高。 - 关键词：
城市建设；生态运动；斯图加特； - Abstract: Stuttgart is an important industry city
of Germany, the ecological movement has obtained
a marked effect in city construction,
which has profound the typical demonstration
significance. This paper deal with a synopsis
introduction about its progress in the city
t rans po r tat i on, c i t y gre e ner y, wate r
management, energy management, environment
management, city buildings and a residential
quarter construction, as well as the city society
management etc. Finally several insights was
generalized, namely: it is need a suitable development
mode in city construction, put into effect
the ecology principle from beginning to the
end of city construction, all the people participate
city construction, as well as popularization
and raising of ecological consciousness.
