本文以现阶段房地产过热和经济适用住房运作秩序混乱为背景，根据经济适用住房补贴方式不合理的现状，分别从经济学原理和社会现实两个角度论述了补贴消费者的优势和补贴生产者的弊端，并为经济适用住房补贴方式模型设计提供了思路，以供参考。 - 关键词：
经济适用住房；补贴方式；合理选择； - Abstract: In view of the unreasonable choice of ways on housing allowance to the lower-income people at present, the paper discusses the advantages of giving the housing allowance to the lower-income consumers directly, not to the suppliers of the houses, separately from the economic principle and the social realities. The paper also offers a good idea for the specific allowance pattern that is in need to be designed.
