在我国快速推进城市化的进程中，出现了种种粗放型特征——只注重人口数量增加，忽视人口质量的提高；小城镇遍地开花，城市体系结构失衡，功能减弱；忽视“软件”建设，城市特色消失；生态环境恶化,资源矛盾突出等等。粗放型城市化道路是粗放型的城市化理念、以小城镇为主的城市化道路等因素共同作用的结果。 - 关键词：
粗放型城市化；城市化质量； - Abstract: In the process of quick urbanization, there were various rough characteristics: paying attention only to increase the population quantity and neglect the exaltation of population quality; The small towns exist all over the place, the whole structure of city system is out of balance and the city function cutting down; the city special features disappear; the ecosystem degenerated and the problems of resources are obvious etc. Road of rough urbanization is the coefficient result of false urbanization conception and urbanization road of mainly developing small town.
