建设生态型城市是现阶段上海破解城市问题、提升城市地位、增强城市综合竞争力的必然选择。上海是一个资源、能源都十分匮乏的特大型城市，在走生态型城市建设的道路上必然会遇到各种阻碍因素。本文针对资源、能源、绿地系统、公众参与、立法执法、循环经济的实施这些瓶颈问题进行逐一论述并提出相应对策。 - 关键词：
上海；生态型城市；资源；能源；循环经济； - Abstract: Ecotype city construction is an inevitable choice for Shanghai to solve the problems, such as natural resources and energy limitation, environmental pollution and ecological deterioration. These problems are presented and discussed in this paper. Shanghai is a mega city with very limited resources and energies, and it is evitable to confront many cumbering factors toward the ecotype city. Suggestions and countermeasures for Shanghai ecotype city construction and problem solving are given.
