分析和考察了欧洲城市发展史中城市规划和公共健康互动的发展演变过程，揭示了城市规划由早期注重公共卫生的城市物质环境改造转向中期“花园城市”式的理想主义实践，进而走向“新公共健康”注重物质与精神并重的发展历程。 - 关键词：
公共健康；城市规划；健康城市；城市更新； - Abstract: The development and evolvement of the interaction between urban planning and public health in the history of urban development in Europe are analyzed and reviewed. This paper discovers the development rule which has three phases. In the early phase people put emphasis upon changing urban physical condition of public health. In the second phase they canonized idealist practice of garden city. And then they came out of the concept of new public health which gives equal attention to both matter and spirit or more things in the late phase.
