本文从上海市人口分布与城市区域功能结构错位、城市发展规划等方面深入分析了新城人口导入的必要性，给出了新城人口导入应当遵循的原则，研究了上海市新城人口导入的影响因素，最后从经济发展、住宅供应、政策引导等几个方面提出了推进新城人口导入的对策和建议。 - 关键词：
新城；人口导入；影响因素； - Abstract: This article discusses the existing problems of population distribution with economic development and analyzes the necessity of population importing for new towns in Shanghai. It introduces principles and influence factors when importing population. Lastly, the authors bring forward several countermeasures to promote the process of population importing for new towns in Shanghai.
