文章对我国近年来大学城建设的来龙去脉作了梳理，概述了西方大学城建设的历史演进。利用公共政策分析工具，对我国大学城政策的初衷、执行的结果以及未来的发展走向进行了分析，提出大学城建设引起的问题，并不在于政策的失误，而关键是在建设管理过程中的价值偏离。 - 关键词：
大学城；高等教育；政策分析；建设管理； - Abstract: The paper summarizes the historical evolution of the development of university town in the world, and combs the context of the construction of university town in recent years in China. With the help of public policy analysis, it analyzes the original intention, the practical performance and future trend of the university town policy. The discovery of the paper is that the problems caused by the development of university town do not lie in the policy muff, and the key is the value departure of construction and management in the movement of university town.
