- 遗址区居民生活质量与保护态度研究——以汉长安城遗址保护区为例
- A Study of Residents′Living Quality and Protective Attitudes on the Large Sites: A Case Study of Chang’an City of Han Dynasty

- 摘要：
近年来，城市化的胁迫作用使得地处城市郊区的一些大遗址保护区在保护与发展之间产生明显博弈。作为遗址保护的重要利益群体，遗址区居民的保护态度与行为对遗址区保护与发展的协调具有举足轻重的意义。在问卷调查的基础上，笔者对地处西安市近郊的汉长安城遗址保护区的居民生活质量与遗址保护态度进行了关联性研究。结果显示，遗址区居民生活满意度表现出了一定的社会经济特征与空间特征，居民对生活质量的满意度同其遗址保护负外部性影响间呈现显著的正相关关系：对于生活质量满意度愈低的居民群体对遗址保护的认同感愈低，保护知识越欠缺，愈不容易与遗址保护妥协，对遗址保护的支持态度也就愈低。 - 关键词：
遗址区；居民生活质量；满意度；保护态度；汉长安城； - Abstract: In recent years, the threat of urbanization has engendered distinctive unbalances between protection and development of large sites located in the suburbs. As the important interest part, the attitudes of large sites抮esidents and their behavior hold the balance to the harmony of large sites?protection and development. Based on the questionnaire investigation, the authors do associated research on residents?living quality and their protective attitudes, who live in the protective area of Chang扐n city of Han dynasty located in the suburb of Xi抋n. The analyse indicates that the satisfactory degree of residents within the protective area presents certain social-spatial characters. That means it has took on a positive relationship between the satisfactory degree of residents and the negative exterior impacts: low satisfaction leading to low identity attitudes, as well as less knowledge of protection. Consequently it will be difficult for these residents to make a compromise to the sites'rotection and have less positive attitude to the sites'rotection.
