郊区城市化是城市化进程中一个重要的过程。本文以南京江宁区为例，着重分析了郊区城市化发展的新的动力机制——“园区带镇”模式，通过对“园区带镇”模式的理论解释、作用分析，指出此模式具有一定的典型意义。 - 关键词：
郊区城市化；动力机制；园区带镇； - Abstract: The urbanization of suburb is one of important parts in the process of urbanization. By taking the case of Jiangning District in Nanjiang as the example, the paper seeks to analyze the new drive mechanism in the development of urbanization of suburb-the model of town promoted by industrial park. By explaining and analyzing on this kind of theory, it demonstrates the typical significance of this kind of model.
