上海市是一个水资源短缺、土地资源有限，电力、煤炭、天然气等能源主要靠外部供给，环境保护要求非常高的城市。通过对上海都市产业的发展现状及存在的问题进行分析，基于上海都市产业在上海工业中的重要性，提出了在资源约束下上海都市产业发展的相应对策。 - 关键词：
资源约束；都市产业；国际化大城市； - Abstract: Shanghai is a city that is short of water and land resources, that the electric power,coal and natural gas greatly need supply from other areas, and that highly requires environment protection. Based on the analysis of the development situation and existing problems of Shanghai industries,this paper brings countermeasures to the development of Shanghai industries in the context of resource constraints, with the importance of Shanghai industries considered.
