科技创业园；不确定性；规划创意； - Abstract: Through the analysis of the background of the high-tech venture park in Haimen, this paper proposes that the development of the park is not so certain. After presenting the specific plan of it, the author probes into some planning originalities such as structural spatial planning, dynamic land-use control and modeled guidance for micro-spatial design.
