近年来，随着城市化进程的加快，我国大城市纷纷兴起新城规划和建设的高潮。通过对中国新城建设的概况、新城市主义理论的回顾，站在理论的层面探讨了新城市主义理念对我国新城建设的启示。 - 关键词：
新城；新城市主义 - Abstract: Reviewing the development of western new-towns constructions, this paper makes us believe that the large cities in China should also built new-towns but avoid the problems of it. Then, it reviews the new urbanism from the aspects of its context and basic opinions. In the end, it reconsiders Chinese new-town constructions based on the new urbanism, and analyzes some issues about the new urbanism itself.
