- 摘要：
随着近年来我国经济社会迅猛发展，城市居住分异现象的出现及其负面影响已引起极大关注。本文从分析产生大城市居住分异现象的经济社会根源出发，借鉴西方混合居住发展模式和经验，运用系统理论、政治经济学、公共利益理论和社会生态理论，提出了在当前我国城市住宅开发中积极推进混合生态型居住模式的对策和建议。 - 关键词：
居住区分异；治理；混合居住模式； - Abstract: With the rapid development of economy and society in China, the emergence and its positive effects of residential stratification has attracted much attention. This paper analyses the social and economic background of urban residential stratification in China，and with the help of foreign experience and models of mixed residential pattern, systematic theory, political economy, public interest theory and social ecological theory, discusses the measures and suggestions to the promotion of mixed residential pattern in the housing development in contemporary urban China.
