基于一定的数据统计分析，从总量增长、单项人均用地面积、用地构成比例等方面探讨快速城市化地区中小城市实际建设用地指标的变化特征。面对经济快速增长、新型用地类型出现以及行业规范协调的矛盾，现行用地标准的不适应性日益突出。城市建设用地快速增长实际为经济发展的空间体现，不同类型建设用地与人口增长的相关性具有差异性。处于工业化加速期的城市，其工业用地需求最为高涨，单纯由人口规模确定用地规模存在较大局限性。针对不同建设用地发展特性，其指标确定应当采取多元衡量标准，可以从基本用地指标、用地分级控制以及附加指标等方面进行综合调整。 - 关键词：
建设用地指标；用地构成；中小城市； - Abstract: This paper discusses the constructional land index and composition in medium-sized and small cities by statistics. It analyses the causes of present urban land standard’s inapplicability in high-speed urbanization area and puts forwards its adjustment ideas.
