开发区；用地结构；演化机制；影响因素； - Abstract: The article chooses cases of development zone抯 balance sheet of land use for study sample, which are typical in Yangtze River Delta. The authors make comparison of all these cases, and find the widespread regulation of the land use structure, then analyze influential factors and the evolution mechanism, which makes function's transformation of development zone.
