中部崛起主要是中部地区城市的崛起。以湖南省郴州市为例，介绍了中部地区中小城市崛起已初具雏形的郴州模式。沿海地区大规模产业梯度转移、生产要素成本优势、相对区位优势是中部地区中小城市崛起的主要利好因素。中部地区中小城市崛起的措施选择主要是是培育企业集群和推进新型工业化、改善区域环境和贯彻科学发展观走可持续发展的道路。中部地区中小城市的崛起具有重要的战略意义。 - 关键词：
中部城区；中小城市；崛起；郴州； - Abstract: The central China rising is primarily cities rising in Central China. Taking the Chenzhou City of Hunan province as an example, the Chenzhou Mode of small and medium-sized cities rising in central China is introduced in the paper. The large-scale industries transferring from the coast areas, the cost advantages, the local advantages are the main advantages that small and medium-sized cities in Central China are the holdings. The rising strategies of small and medium-sized cities in central China mainly include developing cluster, improving local circumstances and pushing sustainable development. The rising of small and medium-sized cities in Central China has an important strategy meaning.
