随着城市机动化的到来，保护城市传统风貌特色与满足城市交通需求的道路建设矛盾日益突出，本文结合安庆历史文化名城的交通规划，运用“保护、疏散、更新”理念，旨在探讨如何有效疏导名城内外交通流，处理好街区保护、利用及改造的关系，通过现代交通方式激活古城的生机与活力的模式方法。 - 关键词：
保护、疏散、更新；历史文化名城；交通规划； - Abstract: Along with the coming of cities抦echanization, the conflict between protecting traditional characteristics and rebuilding roads are increasingly becoming prominent. In Anqing traffic planning, the idea of 憄rotecting, evacuating, renovating?was firstly used, to discuss how to lead traffic stream, how to deal with the connection among protecting, utilizing and reconstructing, and discuss the methods to activate the vigors in the historical districts of historical and cultural cities.
