以1951年美国斯坦福大学创办的科学园区为发端，科学园区在1980年代后步入了井喷式的蓬勃发展阶段。本文在对世界科学园区的概念和发展进行简介的基础上，主要结合瑞典和芬兰的高科技园区案例，较为系统地考察和剖析了北欧科学园区在规划和建设方面的规律和特征，以期为我国科学园区纳入国际化的良性发展轨道提供一定的借鉴和参照。 - 关键词：
北欧；科学园区；规划与建设； - Abstract: Beginning with the establishment of the scientific park by Stanford University in 1951, the rapid development of scientific parks in the world becomes a blowout phenomenon since 1980. On the basis of the introduction to the concept and development of scientific park in the world, taking the cases of scientific parks in Sweden and Finland as two examples, the paper systematically surveys the rules and characteristics of the planning and building of scientific parks in northern Europe, with the aim to provide some use for reference to the rational development of Chinese scientific parks into international track.
