城市快速发展，大多数城市在新区建设中都面临着如何有效的带动和促进新区健康发展的困境。同时在规划思路上缺乏相关规划问题的研究和用地发展模式的探讨。本文基于公共设施为导向的开发理念，分析了国内目前新区建设中存在的问题。在借鉴国内外成功经验的基础上，结合实际案例探讨了以大型公共设施为导向的新区开发模式。 - 关键词：
城市新区；大型公共设施；发展模式； - Abstract: As cities develop rapidly, most of them have to face the problem of how to effectively stimulate healthy development of new district during mass construction. At the same time, the lack of consideration about related planning issues and land use mode is another problem. In this paper, the construction of large-scale public facilities in new district is taken as a typical sample to discuss the influence they could bring to the development of the whole district, and their developing mode as well. Using the methods of case study, the paper is aimed at dealing with large-scale public facilities抐unctions in new district development and their progress mode.
