随着中国城市现代化进程的推进，城市原有空间结构和功能已不能满足新的需要。城市部分地区出现了过度拥挤、功能单一、旧建筑保护不力等问题。针对这种情况，以上海市长风街道为例，充分借鉴简·雅各布斯城市多样性理念，总结了该街区城市改造中存在的问题，并为其城市多样性保护提出一些看法，从而为未来旧城改造提供思路。 - 关键词：
旧城改造；城市多样性；街道； - Abstract: With the development of modernization process of Chinese cities, the function and spatial structure of the former space have been unable to meet the new needs. Some problems such as overcrowding, single function and the inadequate protection of old buildings have come into being. The paper based upon Jane Jacobs?philosophy about the diversity in city development, summarizes the problems during renovation process in Changfeng street in Shanghai and provides some ideas for the future development of the old city.
