文章从城市居住空间分异的动因角度对中西方城市居住分异进行了比较研究，并对中西方城市发展过程中居住空间分异的特征进行了归纳总结。 - 关键词：
中外城市；居住空间分异；动因；比较； - Abstract: The author makes a comparative analysis of the reasons of residential spatial differentiations about foreign cities and Chinese cities. The reasons of urban residential spatial differentiations in China differ from the counterparts of the other countries. Finally, the features of urban residential spatial differentiations in the world are summarized.
