本文以建筑的过去、现在和未来为结构，针对中国建筑的快速发展对环境造成的压力出发，分析中国建筑业现状和建筑生态节能所面临的难度和问题。一方面提出我们是否能从过去的本土建筑中也得到一些生态节能的借鉴，走自己的绿色建筑之路，一方面也对一些近期改善了环境但却未得到足够重视的成果作出肯定，未来的发展可从中获得启发。 - 关键词：
可持续发展；建筑业；中国； - Abstract: Since 1978 China began its economical reform, and Chinese economy grows rapidly. Some of its accompanied phenomena are the fast growth of the cities and increase of the building industry. The analyzes the difficulties and problems facing the Chinese building industry: where we were, where we are and where we go. What is the positive as well as negative effect of the extraordinary changes during the globalization progress? Weather we can learn from our past building experience and find out a Chinese climate adaptive way to develop our cities and towns? Where are our cities and building industry going?
