世界城市向来是城市研究方面主要关注点之一。长江三角洲的中心城市——上海正不断地融入世界城市网络之中。本文基于新国际劳动分工和全球生产网络理论，从吸引外商投资、产业结构优化与升级、劳动分工深化三个角度分析了上海参与世界城市竞争带来的思考。外资作为上海经济发展的重要推动力，带动了上海产业结构的调整及其在国际劳动分工中地位的提升，加速了上海建设世界城市的进程。 - 关键词：
世界城市；外资；劳动分工；上海； - Abstract: Shanghai, the center city of the Yangtze River Delta, is continuing to integrate into the network of world cities. Based on the theory of new international division of labor and global production networks, this paper analyses the role of Shanghai to participate in the competition of world cities and rethinks the development strategy on the attraction of foreign direct investment, the optimization and promotion of the industrial structure, deepening of the labor division. As the major driving force of economic development for Shanghai, foreign investment has strengthened the industrial restructuring and the upgrading of the status in the international division of labor, and has accelerated the process of building Shanghai as a world city.
