厦门作为滨海城市，海岸线长达154km，海平面上升将对厦门的城市建设与社会经济产生巨大的影响。为了在城市建设中考虑或预留海平面上升影响因素带来的需求，本文参考联合国环境规划署（UNEP）海岸地区评估准则，以联合国环境规划署建议的至2100年海平面上升1m作为评估前提，重点对厦门因海平面上升可能造成的影响进行评估并提出规划建设方面的对策建议。 - 关键词：
海平面上升；影响；评估；规划对策； - Abstract: Xiamen is a coastal city and the length of its coastline is 154 kilometers, so the rising of the sea level will have severe effect on the city construction, society and economy. In order to consider or reserve the requirements brought out by the rising, this paper evaluates the influences of such rising and provides some strategies and advices to construction planning of Xiamen, under the premise that the sea level will rise 1 meter till 2100 that United Nation's Environment Program (UNEP) advised and referencing the coasty region evaluating rules of UNEP.
