通过分析自组织占主导地位的西欧中世纪的城市，提倡变换城市规划角色，从他组织（城市规划）占主导地位的城市发展模式转换为自组织占主导地位的城市发展模式。他组织需要站在更高的位置，对自组织进行调控，以此充分发挥城市系统内部机制的协调作用，以遵循自然规律的方式来解决各种存在的或即将产生的城市病。 - 关键词：
自组织；他组织；城市；城市规划； - Abstract: To analyze the medieval Western European city in which the self-organization is on the predominate position. In my opinion it is necessary to promote a transformation of urban planning抯 role, form the development style of city in which other-organization (urban planning) is dominant to the style in which self-organization is dominant. Other-organization should adjust and control the self-organization on a higher level, so that city systems could more harmony, to solve the city problem that have exist and are going to exist though obey the order of nature.
