本文以南京市主城区2007年开盘在售的商品住宅信息为数据分析基础，对南京市2007年商品住宅的发展概况和集聚特征进行了分析，并利用趋势面分析法和空间插值分析法对南京市商品住宅价格的空间分布进行了研究，得出了南京市主城区2007年商品住宅价格在空间上存在的几个特征。文章的最后，对南京市商品住宅价格空间分布的影响因素进行了简要的论述。 - 关键词：
空间分析；南京市；商品住宅价格； - Abstract: Based on the commodity housing information of Nanjing city in 2007, this paper analyzed the developing situation and the agglomeration characteristics of Nanjing抯 commodity housing, and did some research on its spatial distribution by using the methods of trend surface analysis and spatial interpolation. Then, this paper summarized the spatial characteristics of commodity housing price, and discussed the major influencing factors of price spatial distribution.
