本文从历史文脉的角度出发，研究新加坡河区域在新加坡历史发展中的演变, 着重从总体规划结构、分区规划策略、建筑形态控制等方面分析新加坡河旧工业区改造和利用中的设计手法。针对其改造成果和后续影响，总结滨水旧工业区改造的经验。 - 关键词：
新加坡河；历史文脉；滨水旧工业区；更新； - Abstract: Focus on the context, this paper researc hes the evolvement on Singapore River Area. Further the paper analyses the renovation and adaptive reuse emphatically in terms of general structure, subarea strategies, control of architecture forms. In allusion to the achievement and the effect, the paper sums up the experiences on renew of waterfront historical industrial estate.
