河西新城区是南京实施“一城三区”城市发展战略的重点。河西中心区按照城市副中心的定位已基本建成物质载体，如何科学明确发展定位，大力提升中心区活力，是迫切需要研究的问题。要按照建设中央活动区的要求，建设具有“24小时”持续活力的城市副中心，提高城市资源利用效率，提升河西新城的综合功能，建成真正体现新南京形象的现代化标志区。 - 关键词：
南京；新城区；CBD；CAZ； - Abstract: The Nanjing river - west new downtown is the key point of the Nanjing city development strategy of "one city, three urban areas". The river--west center area have already basically build up material entity according to the position of city抯 vice-center, how to scientifically explicit the development targets and strongly promote vitality of center area, is the problem which urgently needs to be studied. According to the request of constructing the central movable area, Nanjing should insist on constructing the city vice- center that keeps on vitality for "24 hours", in order to raise the efficiency of city-resources, promoting the comprehensive function of river-west new town, which will become the modern marking area which represents new Nanjing city image.
